Tord Reklev achieves historic Pokémon TCG Grand Slam

Norwegian player Tord Reklev has achieved a historic ‘Grand Slam’ in the Pokémon Trading Card Game, becoming the first player to win major International Championships across four continents: North America, Europe, Oceania, and Latin America.

At the 2026 Pokémon World Championships held at the Chase Center in San Francisco, Reklev remains a major figure in the competitive scene, having collected five continental titles in total. Despite his global recognition and career prize winnings estimated at over $200,000, he remains relatively unknown to the general public in his home country of Norway.
