Torino and Elche negotiate Zakaria Aboukhlal transfer

Torino and Elche are currently negotiating the transfer of Moroccan winger Zakaria Aboukhlal. The discussions involve a potential loan deal that would include an option for Elche to purchase the player permanently. Additionally, Torino is seeking a percentage of any future resale of the player.

Aboukhlal, whose contract with Torino runs until 2029, has seen limited playing time in Serie A, making only 15 appearances last season. A recent appearance in a Coppa Italia match against Carrarese lasted approximately 22 minutes, suggesting he is not a central figure in the current technical project. The move to Spain would offer the attacker more consistent playing minutes.

Aboukhlal has extensive European experience, having played for AZ Alkmaar in the Netherlands and Toulouse in France, where he won the Coupe de France in 2023. Internationally, he has earned 22 caps for Morocco.
