Torino hosts cultural events addressing domestic violence

Various cultural programs in Torino are scheduled for November to address social issues and promote local arts. On November 14, the Sala Art Ensemble will host the debut of “Scuse con fiori,” a play written and performed by Marina Di Paola and Angela Vuolo. The production explores the psychological nuances of domestic violence through a dialogue between two women in a listening center.

Additionally, Cascina Roccafranca has organized several events, including a documentary screening by Extinction Rebellion Torino regarding labor mobilizations and various chamber music performances by the Orchestra Filarmonica Torinese. In observance of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on November 25, programs such as “Parole di carta” and a film screening of “L’amore rubato” will be held to promote awareness and combat violence against women.
