Torino reaches agreement to sign Niccolò Fortini from Fiorentina

Torino has reached an agreement with Fiorentina to sign Niccolò Fortini on a loan deal that includes an option to purchase. The 20-year-old versatile player, capable of playing as a fullback or wide midfielder, chose Torino over interest from English side Hull City.

Fiorentina’s valuation for the player was reportedly at least €8 million plus €2 million in bonuses. While Hull City presented a similar loan-to-buy proposal, Fortini reportedly preferred to remain in Serie A rather than move to England.
