A seven-year-old boy died following a traffic accident in Torino on Tuesday morning while cycling to school with his father. The incident occurred shortly after 8:00 AM on corso Regina Margherita, in the section between via Montebello and via Tarino.
The child was riding in a shared cycling lane when he was struck by a Chevrolet Matiz. Although the boy was wearing a protective helmet, he sustained severe cranial and abdominal injuries.
