Q-Games to publish Beyond the Dark: Nightwatch for Nintendo Switch 2

Q-Games has announced it will publish Beyond the Dark: Nightwatch, a new horror title developed by French studio Atlantis Studio, across the Asian market. The game is scheduled for release on October 22, 2026, for the Nintendo Switch 2.

Designed specifically for two players, the title is an asymmetric co-op horror experience. One player takes on the role of the Explorer, navigating a haunted house in first-person to find clues, while the second player acts as the Overseer, using surveillance tools and tactical information to guide their partner. The gameplay emphasizes communication and coordination to survive threats like the entity known as Gloam.

The game features voice acting by Troy Baker, known for roles in The Last of Us and Death Stranding. It will support various play modes, including local co-op, online play, and GameShare, which allows compatibility between Nintendo Switch 2 and original Nintendo Switch consoles.
