Torneo delle Mamme CBS raises funds for cancer research

The third edition of the Torneo delle Mamme CBS was held on September 25, 2026, at the CBS Scuola Calcio fields in Turin. Organized in collaboration with CUS Torino, the event featured seven teams participating in 5-on-5 football matches, including mothers of CBS players and a representative team from CUS Torino.

The tournament raised 1,740 euros through donations from participants and spectators. These funds will be donated entirely to ‘Just The Woman I Am’, an initiative that supports oncological research and prevention. Since 2014, this initiative has been promoted by CUS Torino in partnership with the University of Turin and the Polytechnic University of Turin, utilizing non-competitive 5-kilometer runs to fund university health research.
