Toronto hosts fall festivals amid TTC Line 2 subway closure

TTC subway closure Toronto fall festivals Thanksgiving weekend Line 2 Bloor-Danforth Toronto events

Toronto will host several fall festivals and markets over the Thanksgiving weekend, including Pumpkin Fest at Downsview Park, the Toronto Indie Horror Festival at Eyesore Cinema, and the Toronto Fall Harvest Market at Sugar Beach. Additionally, the Toronto Sunday Market will host a Thanksgiving Market at Parkdale Hall.

Commuters should note that the TTC is implementing a partial closure on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth subway between Kipling and Jane stations on Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11. During this period, subway service will only operate between Jane and Kennedy stations. Shuttle buses will partially replace service, and passengers are advised to plan for extra travel time due to potential crowding.
