Toronto International Film Festival unveils lineup featuring Chris Rock and Peter Farrelly movies

The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), North America's largest film festival, announced its 51st edition program for September 10‑20. The schedule includes more than 60 titles across gala and special presentation sections, with several world premieres.

Among the highlighted premieres are Chris Rock’s directorial drama “Misty Green” and Peter Farrelly’s film “I Play Rocky,” starring Sylvester Stallone. The lineup also features international debuts such as Lee Chang‑dong’s “Possible Love,” Andrew Haigh’s “A Long Winter,” and Mike Leigh’s “Tender Loving Care,” as well as selections from the Cannes competition. Last year’s People’s Choice Award went to Chloe Zhao’s “Hamnet.”
