Toronto Maple Leafs consider trades for Philippe Myers and Dakota Joshua

Toronto Maple Leafs general manager John Chayka is reportedly considering roster changes involving defenseman Philippe Myers and forward Dakota Joshua.

Myers, who has one year remaining on an $850,000 contract, has seen his depth chart position decline. With the emergence of players like Darren Raddysh and prospect Ben Danford, Myers is increasingly viewed as an expendable asset.

Dakota Joshua is also linked to trade discussions as the team manages salary cap constraints and uncertainty regarding Max Domi. Joshua, who holds a 12-team no-trade clause and is owed $3.2 million annually, faces competition for a bottom-six role following the addition of several depth forwards by Chayka.
