Toronto Raptors finalize coaching staff for 2026-27 season

Toronto Raptors head coach Darko Rajakovic has finalized his coaching staff for the 2026-27 NBA season. The most notable addition is Stephen Silas, who joins as an assistant coach bringing 25 years of NBA experience, including a previous tenure as head coach of the Houston Rockets.

Other key changes include the promotion of Matt Vest to assistant coach and the return of Jeremy Castleberry, who previously served on the Raptors’ 2018-19 championship staff before spending five seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers. The bench will also include assistant coaches Pat Delany and Jama Mahlalela.

The organization has also updated its player development and video groups. New additions include Stephane Ingo, Isiah Price, and Aidan Wilson, who join existing staff members Ike Azotam, Kareem Elliott, Ivo Simović, Vin Bhavnani, Eric Khoury, Jim Sann, and Mery Andrade. Felecia Brown returns for her fourth season as manager of coaching operations.
