Toroslar Mayor Yıldız visits scrap dealers to discuss development

Toroslar Mayor Abdurrahman Yıldız visited the Scrap Dealers Site in the Yalınayak neighborhood to meet with local business owners. During a breakfast program attended by Hasan Koçyiğit, Chairman of the Mersin Scrap Dealers Chamber of Tradesmen, and other chamber leaders, Yıldız discussed the economic and social potential of the district.

Yıldız emphasized the importance of urban planning and organized development to support the district's approximately 350,000 residents. He noted that the municipality is working to resolve long-standing neglected issues and create new investment areas. The Mayor specifically highlighted that zoning and planning works around Akbelen Boulevard and the Gözne road have been completed to prevent irregular development and protect property values.
