Toroslar Municipality approves 2027 budget and real estate auctions

The Toroslar Municipal Council has officially approved the municipality's budget for the 2027 fiscal year. Under the leadership of Mayor Abdurrahman Yıldız, the council set both the total expenditure and revenue budgets at 4.81 billion TL.

In addition to the budget approval, the council passed the 2027-2029 Strategic Plan revision, the 2027 Performance Program, and the 2027 Investment Program. The meeting also included the adoption of the 2027 tax, fee, and charge schedule.

Separately, the Toroslar Municipality has announced a series of real estate auctions scheduled for November 4, 2026, at the Yunus Emre Cultural Center. The auctions involve various properties located in the Çavuşlu and Arpaçsakarlar neighborhoods, including residential and commercial zones. The sale methods will include both closed and open bidding processes according to the State Tender Law.
