Torre de Arcas invests 2,000 euros in new sports equipment

The municipality of Torre de Arcas has invested approximately 2,000 euros to upgrade its sports equipment. The investment, drawn from the municipal budget, funded the acquisition of two new futsal goals and two basketball hoops.

Mayor Luis Lasmarías stated that the new equipment replaces old, deteriorated items that did not meet regulatory standards or safety requirements regarding floor anchoring. The upgrade was requested by local youth to ensure safer and more adequate facilities for sports practice. The new installations coincide with the town's major festivities in honor of San Bernat.
