Torre Paseo launches new corporate space in Heredia

Torre Paseo, a new corporate project integrated into the Paseo de las Flores complex, has launched in Heredia to expand the province's business offerings. The project introduces approximately 3,900 square meters of corporate space designed to attract investment, generate employment, and stimulate economic dynamism in the region.

As an evolution of the Paseo de las Flores commercial center, the project transitions into a mixed-use complex combining business infrastructure, commerce, services, and entertainment. The development emphasizes flexibility, offering office spaces ranging from approximately 30 square meters to nearly 700 square meters. This variety is intended to accommodate diverse tenants, including startups, service firms, large corporations, specialized medical centers, universities, and coworking spaces.

Tenants in Torre Paseo will have direct access to the existing services within the Paseo de las Flores complex, such as dining options, financial institutions, retail stores, supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, and medical services. Karina Segura, general manager of Paseo de las Flores, noted that the project addresses the modern corporate need for environments that support growth and provide value to both employees and clients through integrated infrastructure and a strategic location.
