Torre Saracena Beach Club Marks 120 Years with Villa Tenuta Expansion on Capri

Torre Saracena Beach Club, the historic beach venue on the island of Capri, celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2024. Founded in 1906, the club is known for its old‑world charm, classic Caprese hospitality and a secluded setting beneath the Faraglioni cliffs.

To mark the milestone, the club unveiled Villa Tenuta Saracena, a newly redesigned private villa estate overlooking the iconic rock formations. New amenities this season include a Sea Lounge for aperitivo, a private tender service, and a chauffeured car transfer from the Capri Piazzetta. The open‑air restaurant continues to serve signature Neapolitan dishes such as Pasta e Piselli and Pasta con Patate e Cozze, and remains the only island venue with a live lobster tank where guests can select their own crustacean.

The expansion emphasizes authenticity over spectacle, offering private dining carved into the rugged rocks and a focus on provenance through a network of local artisans and producers.
