Torreón Mayor commemorates 60th anniversary of Plan DN-III-E

Torreón Mayor Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís led a ceremony at the Plaza Mayor to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Plan DN-III-E. The event honored the Mexican Armed Forces for their role in providing aid during natural disasters and emergencies.

During the ceremony, Riquelme Solís was accompanied by Major General Fernando Colchado Gómez, commander of the XI Military Region, for a commemorative flag-raising.
