Torreón-Saltillo highway truck accident injures driver

A truck accident occurred on the Torreón-Saltillo highway, resulting in injuries to the driver and significant material damage. The operator, identified as Ángel, reportedly lost control of the vehicle while navigating a curve, possibly due to speeding.

The trailer was transporting a large quantity of sauce, which spilled across the roadway and surrounding area. The intense red color of the spilled cargo initially caused concern among passing motorists, who mistook it for blood from a distance.

Paramedics provided first aid at the scene before transporting the driver to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) Clinic 2, where he remains under medical observation. Authorities are investigating the exact cause of the crash.
