Torrent Palace of Justice construction tender launched

The Generalitat has launched a public tender for the construction of a new Palace of Justice in Torrent, Spain. The project has a total budget of approximately 30.7 million euros, including taxes.

The new judicial headquarters will span over 12,000 square meters and is designed to centralize various judicial services and courts that are currently dispersed throughout the city. The facility will include eight courtrooms, a duty court, a civil registry, a prosecutor's office, a medico-forensic clinic, a Gesell room, and space for four additional courts.

Construction is expected to take 24 months. Interested companies have until October 13, 2026, to submit their offers. The project aims to have the new headquarters completed by 2029.
