Torrevieja University Headquarters to host public open house events

The new Torrevieja University Headquarters will host open house events for the public on September 30, October 1, and October 2. Organized by the Torrevieja City Council, the visits will take place from 18:00 to 20:00.

Located on Calle Concepción, the facility serves as a unified space for the University of Alicante (UA), the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH), and the National University of Distance Education (UNED). The building was inaugurated on September 10 and has a combined capacity for over 430 students.

Facilities include twelve classrooms, administrative offices, a multipurpose room, and a rooftop university agora designed for conferences, cultural activities, and outdoor events. Visitors can also learn about the academic offerings provided by the three universities for the 2026/27 academic year.
