Tortolì business: 4 Mori reopens after urban planning seizure

The street food establishment 4 Mori in Tortolì has reopened to the public following the removal of seals imposed by the Lanusei Prosecutor's Office last September. The seizure was due to alleged urban planning violations. After a court order in April 2026, the company, owned by entrepreneur Rossano Deiana, submitted a new project aligned with the municipal coastal use plan. Following approval from the Suape, the business has resumed operations.

In contrast, the outdoor terrace of the Orso Bianco pastry shop in Arbatax remains under seizure. The Prosecutor's Office placed seals on the platform following a request from Anas, the owner of the road where the structure is located. Owner Viktor Koval has expressed frustration over the ongoing procedure, stating that the delay is compromising the tourist season and calling for a definitive resolution to protect local operators.
