Toruń region implements educational investments and new scholarship rules

Educational institutions and policies in the Toruń region are undergoing significant shifts. Simultaneously, the Toruń City Council has updated the regulations for awarding scientific and artistic scholarships for talented students. The new rules eliminate the requirement for a specific grade point average, focusing instead on documented achievements in general, vocational, or artistic education. To qualify, students must provide certification from their school director confirming significant educational success. While the criteria for selection have changed, the monetary values of the Mayor of Toruń's awards remain the same.
