Analysis of internet bank brand reputation for September 2026 shows Toss Bank ranked first, followed by KakaoBank in second place and Kbank in third. Data from the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute indicated a decrease in overall brand big data volume compared to August.

Separately, KakaoBank has been ranked first in the internet bank category of the Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI) for six consecutive years. The bank received high marks for its reliability, useful financial products, and convenient loan services. The bank's expansion of AI-driven financial services, including an AI sign language counseling service for hearing-impaired customers and automated chatbot systems that handle over 70% of inquiries, contributed to its high customer satisfaction scores.
