Total Agronorte ranks as 5th largest pet food company in South America

Total Agronorte has been ranked as the fifth largest pet food company in South America, according to the Top Companies 2026 report by Petfood Industry magazine. The ranking is based on 2025 revenue, with Total Agronorte reporting US$ 190 million.

The company is entering a new phase under the management of Agronorte, an agribusiness group operating in Brazil's North and Northeast regions. This transition follows Agronorte's acquisition of the Total brand and its industrial unit in Três Corações, Minas Gerais.

Total Agronorte operates an industrial complex with a production capacity of up to 520,000 tons of feed per year. In addition to the Três Corações facility, Agronorte's animal nutrition division maintains a factory in Tocantinópolis, Tocantins, producing feed for poultry, swine, fish, and ruminants.
