Total Energy and T1 Energy report Q2 2026 financial results

Total Energy Services Inc. reported record quarterly financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The company achieved revenue of $328.9 million, a 31% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Net income rose 57% year-over-year to $26.7 million. These results were attributed to strong North American demand for natural gas compression and process equipment, alongside the deployment of drilling and service rigs in Canada and Australia.

T1 Energy Inc. released its second quarter 2026 results, reporting total net sales of $250.1 million and an Adjusted EBITDA of $10.7 million. Despite a net loss from continuing operations of $36.9 million, the company noted a pre-tax reduction in cost of sales due to $24.4 million in tariff refunds.

T1 also highlighted strategic developments, including a contract to supply 641 MW of solar modules to Clearway Energy Group and the $135 million acquisition of solar intellectual property from Evervolt. Construction continues on the 2.1 GW G2_Austin solar cell fabrication project.
