Total Wireless expands Western Union financial services to retail stores

Total Wireless has announced an expansion of its partnership with Western Union, integrating financial services into its retail locations across the United States. Starting immediately in select stores, the rollout will continue through the end of 2026 to include additional locations nationwide.

Through this partnership, participating stores will offer Western Union services such as money transfers, bill pay, and money orders. While these services are available to all customers at standard Western Union rates, specific Total Wireless plan holders—including those on MAX 5G BYO, MAX 5G, and ALL ACCESS plans—will continue to receive one fee-free money transfer each month.

David Kim, President of Verizon Value, stated that the initiative aims to expand access to everyday financial services within the communities served by Total Wireless retail locations.
