The Danish Environmental Protection Agency (Miljøstyrelsen) has filed a police report against TotalEnergies (Total EP Danmark A/S) for 13 violations of the Marine Environment Act occurring between 2022 and 2025.

The reported violations include a spill of 67,840 liters of untreated oil at the Gorm oil field and a 3,750-liter diesel spill at the Skjold A field.
