Tottenham Hotspur eyes multiple summer signings including Leão, Mbaye and Moore

Tottenham Hotspur under manager Roberto De Zerbi is active in the summer transfer market. The club is monitoring 18‑year‑old winger Ibrahim Mbaye of Paris Saint‑Germain, with a reported valuation of around €30 million and a desire for regular first‑team minutes. Other Premier League teams such as Aston Villa, Chelsea and Newcastle United are also interested.

Tottenham has also been linked to AC Milan winger Rafael Leão. The Portuguese international is reportedly willing to wait for a move to London, with Milan’s release clause set at €175 million but the club indicating a possible price nearer €60 million. Leão expressed a strong desire to join the Premier League.

In addition, the club is likely to send 18‑year‑old Mikey Moore out on loan for the 2025‑26 season. Borussia Dortmund, FC Cologne and PSV Eindhoven have shown interest, with Dortmund considered an ideal destination for his development. Tottenham has already completed several major signings this window and aims to reinforce its attacking options before the new season begins.
