Tottenham Hotspur eyes two Premier League targets: Folarin Balogun and Bilal El Khannouss

American striker Folarin Balogun, 25, has impressed with 13 Ligue 1 goals for AS Monaco and a strong World Cup showing. After PSG withdrew from the race, Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be negotiating a €30 million deal that would give the London club a low‑cost option for a number nine, while Monaco hope the sale will help balance their books.

Moroccan midfielder Bilal El Khannouss, 22, has excelled at VfB Stuttgart with nine goals and seven assists last season and has earned 43 caps for Morocco. Tottenham, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are all monitoring the player, with a potential transfer fee estimated between €40 million and €50 million as Stuttgart looks to move him before his contract runs to 2029.
