Tottenham Hotspur plans €125m offensive overhaul targeting Gakpo, Savinho and Jackson
Tottenham Hotspur is preparing a major investment of roughly £125 million to rebuild its attacking line‑up. After completing defensive and midfield signings, the club has identified three primary targets. Dutch striker Cody Gakpo, currently under contract with Liverpool until 2030, is expected to cost around £60 million. The club is also in talks with Manchester City for forward Savinho, with a reported fee of £60 million, and with Chelsea for Senegalese striker Nico Jackson, priced at about £65 million.
Negotiations with the two English clubs are ongoing, and Tottenham aims to finalise the Savinho deal before 10 August and submit an offer for Jackson shortly thereafter, ahead of the new Premier League season. Liverpool has indicated it will not sell Gakpo, leaving the transfer to be resolved through further discussions. The planned spending would bring Tottenham’s total outlay this window to about €270 million, underscoring the club’s ambition to compete for top positions in the Premier League under manager Roberto De Zerbi.
