Eli Junior Kroupi's Transfer Saga: PSG and Tottenham Pursue £100m Target

Paris Saint‑Germain are weighing a €100‑million (about £100 m) bid for 20‑year‑old Bournemouth striker Eli Junior Kroupi, describing him as a key long‑term investment. The club says the young French forward fits its plan to add youthful, high‑potential talent to the squad.

Tottenham Hotspur are also interested, reportedly prepared to spend up to £85‑90 million, but a journalist says a deal is now “highly unlikely” as Bournemouth is reluctant to sell its prized forward, who is under contract until 2030. Kroupi has reportedly rejected the idea of a secondary role at PSG, preferring a starting position, which further fuels Tottenham’s pursuit.

Bournemouth has set a valuation close to €100 million, reflecting Kroupi’s rapid rise in the Premier League and interest from several top European clubs. Both PSG and Tottenham remain active in the market, with Tottenham already completing multiple signings this summer.
