Tottenham Hotspur to sign veteran goalkeeper Martin Dubravka

Tottenham Hotspur are in advanced talks to bring 37‑year‑old Slovakian international Martin Dubravka to the club on a free transfer after his Burnley contract expires on 30 June. The former Newcastle United and Manchester United shot‑stopper, who made 35 Premier League appearances for Burnley in 2025‑26, is being positioned as a backup to young Czech keeper Antonín Kinský. His experience is seen as a low‑cost way to add depth while the squad is being rebuilt under manager Roberto De Zerbi.

The move also paves the way for the departure of current first‑choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who is attracting interest from Italian clubs Juventus and Napoli. Tottenham have already secured signings of Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Jan Paul van Hecke, and are pursuing midfield target Sandro Tonali. Dubravka’s arrival is expected to provide mentorship for Kinský and give the club flexibility in the upcoming transfer window.
