Tottenham Near £60 million Deal for Manchester City Winger Savinho

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City have reached a basic agreement on the transfer fee for Brazilian winger Savinho, with the fee reported to be around £60 million plus add‑ons. The two Premier League clubs are in the final stages of negotiations, with only contractual details left to settle before a formal announcement.

Savinho, 22, impressed during a loan spell at Girona before joining City, but saw limited minutes under Pep Guardiola. Tottenham view him as a marquee signing for Roberto De Zerbi’s summer rebuild, aiming to add pace and dribbling to their attack. Manchester City are reportedly exploring replacement options such as Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye.

The negotiation comes amid a busy transfer window, with other Premier League clubs also linked to emerging talents – Manchester United with Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson and La Liga sides eyeing Chelsea full‑back Marc Cucurella – highlighting the competitive market for young players ahead of the 2026 season.
