Tottenham plot £125m attacking overhaul, targeting Manchester City winger Savinho

Tottenham Hotspur, under newly appointed manager Roberto De Zerbi, are preparing a major revamp of their forward line after a season that saw the club finish 17th and score just 48 league goals. The club is reportedly willing to spend up to £125 million on three attacking signings. Central to the plan is the pursuit of 22‑year‑old Brazilian winger Savinho from Manchester City, with an estimated fee of around £60 million. Tottenham are also linked with West Ham’s Crysencio Summerville, valued at roughly £35 million, and are considering a strike‑partner such as Mexican international Santiago Gimenez. The overhaul aims to replace under‑performing forwards Mathys Tel, Richarlison and Randal Kolo Muani, who together contributed only 15 goals last season, and to bring the squad in line with De Zerbi’s high‑tempo, possession‑based style.
