TOTVS approves $30 million share buyback and reports 5.9% profit rise in Q2 2026

TOTVS (TOTS3) announced the approval of a new share‑repurchase program authorising the purchase of up to 30 million ordinary shares, to run from 6 August 2026 until 5 August 2027. The buy‑back follows the cancellation of 20 million treasury shares earlier in the year, reducing the total share count to 579.4 million and aiming to improve capital allocation and earnings per share.

In the second quarter of 2026 the company posted adjusted net profit of R$240.6 million, a 5.9% year‑on‑year increase. Revenue rose 13.3% to R$1.92 billion and EBITDA grew 22.5% to R$486.8 million. Annual Recurring Revenue reached R$7.74 billion, driven in part by artificial‑intelligence‑related offerings that contributed about one‑third of incremental recurring revenue. Free cash flow jumped 49.5% to R$294.6 million, and net debt fell 12.8% to R$2.79 billion.
