TOTVS launches HR Superapp and AI management copilot

TOTVS, Brazil’s largest technology company, has announced two major innovations for the Human Resources sector during CONARH 2026: the ‘Superapp Meu RH’ and a new AI people management copilot.

The Superapp Meu RH aims to combat ‘app fatigue’ by centralizing various services into a single integrated platform. It offers features such as vacation and payslip management, geolocation-based time tracking, feedback submission, and 1:1 meeting logs. The company’s existing HR application is currently used by over 3,500 companies, with more than 200,000 active users and 554,000 daily accesses.

Complementing the app, the new AI copilot is designed to support managers and leaders. It is described as the first HR artificial intelligence capable of understanding, responding to, and autonomously executing tasks through natural language conversations. By utilizing a unified data lake and connecting to the entire TOTVS ecosystem, the copilot acts as a central hub to simplify access to operational business data while ensuring corporate data governance and security.
