Toulouse aerospace job fair to address 2,500 vacancies

The Synergie group is organizing a major Aerospace and Space job fair in Toulouse on September 30, 2026. The event aims to address significant labor shortages in the region, where approximately 2,500 positions are currently available.

More than 70 exhibitors, including industry leaders such as Airbus, Safran, Daher, Liebherr-Aerospace, and Collins Aerospace, will participate. Airbus is specifically seeking over 200 workers for its final assembly lines in Toulouse, while Liebherr-Aerospace and Safran Power Units have announced more than 100 recruitment needs each.

The recruitment drive targets a wide range of skill levels and specialties. Beyond engineering roles, there is high demand for technical profiles in production, quality control, mechanical aeronautics, assembly, and logistics, including supply chain engineers and technicians.
