Toulouse transport disruptions affect bus routes and night train

Tisséo announced changes to several bus services in the Toulouse suburb of Fenouillet. Line 59 will bypass a section of its former route, using a direct link between the Fenouillet shopping centre and Lespinasse town hall, while a temporary shuttle (Navette Fenouillet) will serve the omitted stops and the Toulouse Lautrec high school. Line 113 is shortened to end at the Fenouillet centre, and the school line Laut 2 retains its stops but operates from a new provisional terminus at Tournelle.

Separately, SNCF night trains on the Paris‑Toulouse Intercités service experienced severe delays on 16‑17 July after an “obstacle on the tracks” near Gourdon in the Lot department halted both trains. One train from Toulouse was delayed by nearly six hours, and the counterpart from Paris faced a four‑hour‑ten‑minute delay. Passengers were confined in the trains under high temperatures, and some were later repatriated to Toulouse to continue on TGV services. SNCF has not confirmed the exact nature of the obstacle, though reports mention a broken pantograph caused by a fallen tree.
