Toulouse waste center Monlong to close permanently

The Monlong waste disposal center in Toulouse is scheduled for permanent closure on the evening of September 30. Following this closure, users of the Decoset network will be redirected to alternative sites.

Nearby available locations include the Ramier site in Toulouse, as well as facilities in Cugnaux and Ramonville. Specific restrictions apply to these sites, such as volume limits at Ramier and vehicle height restrictions at Cugnaux. Additionally, a temporary depot for greenery and rubble is expected to open in the Palayre sector, though specific operating hours have not yet been announced.

A new waste disposal facility is planned for the Chemin du Chapitre area, with an expected opening date of September 1, 2028.
