Toulouse welcomes new restaurants and wine bars
Toulouse has seen several new dining establishments open recently, marking a shift in the local culinary landscape.
Tandem, located near the Palais de Justice, has opened as a wine bar operating exclusively in the evenings. The establishment focuses on local wines from the Southwest and Languedoc, alongside selections from the Loire, and offers pairings such as olives, cheeses, and charcuterie.
On Rue Pharaon, DOMA has replaced the former restaurant L’Emboucaneur. This family-run bistro offers a seasonal menu for both lunch and dinner, featuring an affordable three-course dinner option priced at 30 euros.
