Tourism and real estate trends analyzed in Emilia-Romagna

Industry leaders in the Emilia-Romagna region are preparing to present detailed analyses of the 2026 tourism and real estate markets.

In Riccione, Federalberghi will hold its annual general assembly to evaluate the recent summer season. The meeting will utilize data from the 27th edition of the ‘L. Montanari’ Tourist Observatory, supported by the Center for Advanced Studies on Tourism (CAST) at the University of Bologna. The analysis aims to identify sector strengths and weaknesses, including personnel management, supply and demand evolution, and destination promotion.

Simultaneously, in Cervia, Confcommercio Ravenna will host a conference focused on the holiday home market. The event will present findings from the real estate observatory regarding sales, rentals, and pricing trends along the Romagna Riviera. This study seeks to understand the dynamics of second homes and tourist rentals as key indicators of the coastal area's attractiveness.
