Tourism industry updates: DTravel at IFTM Top Resa and Toulouse hosting Rendez-vous en France

The tourism and travel industry is highlighting key upcoming events and destination showcases. DTravel will participate in the IFTM Top Resa trade show in Paris from September 15 to 17. The agency aims to promote Portuguese destinations, including the Algarve, Azores, Madeira, Lisbon, and Porto, as well as cultural itineraries in Spain, focusing on bespoke, high-value experiences.

In France, Atout France has announced that Toulouse and the Occitanie region will host the 2024 Rendez-vous en France event. Following a Paris-based edition in 2023, the event will move to the regions to showcase French destination diversity to international tour operators. Toulouse was selected due to its business tourism infrastructure, including the Toulouse-Blagnac airport and the MEETT exhibition center, as well as its commitment to sustainable tourism.
