Tourism investments expand in Ustka and Sękowa
Significant tourism and real estate developments are underway in different regions of Poland. In Ustka, Green House Development is constructing the Wave Ustka Thermal & Spa, a large-scale complex located by the Baltic Sea. Designed by MODO architektura, the project will feature four buildings with a total of over 600 apartments. The resort will include a 4,000 m² thermal zone, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a sauna zone, and a gym, all connected by covered walkways to allow movement between buildings without going outside.
In the Beskid Niski region, the municipality of Sękowa is investing 30 million PLN into a major pool complex scheduled for completion in 2027. The project includes an indoor swimming pool, a summer zone, an extensive SPA, and a 120-bed hotel. Officials are currently seeking ministerial approval to utilize a geothermal borehole for dry geothermal energy; if successful, the facility will operate as a thermal spa, though it will function as a modern aquapark if the geothermal project is not approved.
