Farid Rentería consolidates political presence in Playa del Carmen

A recent political assembly in Playa del Carmen, held in defense of national sovereignty and in support of President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo’s project, has highlighted the growing political influence of Farid Rentería.

During the event, attendees noted Rentería’s significant capacity for territorial mobilization and organization, contrasting his presence with other local political figures. Rafael Marín Mollinedo, a historical figure of the left in southeastern Mexico, addressed the assembly, emphasizing the importance of social justice and maintaining close ties with the community as core principles of the movement.

The assembly served as a demonstration of the territorial structure within the Fourth Transformation movement in Quintana Roo, reinforcing Rentería’s position as a prominent local leader.
