Tourism training sessions held in Belén and Londres

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport, through the Secretariat of Tourism Management, conducted a series of training sessions in the cities of Belén and Londres to optimize tourist services.

In Belén, the sessions included over 50 participants, such as students and tourism providers. In Londres, training was provided to guides, informants, and service providers. The curriculum focused on professional development, human quality, teamwork, and specialized topics including guided tourism, communication, and the use of artificial intelligence for social media sales.

Evangelina Quarín, Secretary of Tourism Management, stated that these sessions began in Belén and Londres due to the growth of tourism-related services like gastronomy. The initiative aims to improve service quality across the province by training municipal staff, providers, and students.
