Tourist attractions in Poland’s Ziemia Kłodzka attract visitors and dog‑friendly outings

On 24 June, a group of senior students from the University of Luboń’s Third Age program took a one‑day trip called “Discover the beauty of the Sudetes” to the Kłodzko region (Ziemia Kłodzka) in Lower Silesia. Their itinerary included the spa town of Polanica Zdrój, the historic Barbara Glassworks, and the Kłodzko Fortress overlooking the town.

The region’s natural and cultural sites are also promoted for dog‑friendly tourism. Guides recommend trekking to Szczeliniec Wielki, the highest peak of the Table Mountains, and visiting the country’s smallest observation tower in Łężyce, which offers views of the Orlické Mountains.
