Touros Municipality amends property lease contract

The Municipality of Touros, RN, has issued a fifth amendment to administrative contract number 047/2022 regarding a property lease. The amendment serves as a subjective alteration to the contract following the death of the original lessor.

As a result, the Espólio de Roldão Dantas Borges, represented by the executrix Martina Gabriela de Oliveira Borges Ferreira, will now assume the rights and obligations of the lease. All other contractual clauses and conditions remain unchanged. The recognized value for rent covering the period from December 2025 to July 2026 is R$ 38,526.72.
