Tovino Thomas film Munpe begins production in Ooty

Filming has officially commenced in Ooty for the Malayalam-language film Munpe, starring Tovino Thomas. The project was launched with a pooja ceremony, marking the start of production.

Directed by editor-turned-filmmaker Saiju Sreedharan, who will also handle the film's editing, Munpe is described as an intense, fantastical love story. The screenplay is written by Tina Thomas. The film features music by Rex Vijayan and Gichu Joy, with cinematography by Shinoz.

The production is a collaborative effort involving Panorama Studios, Theatre of Dreams, and Tovino Thomas Productions. Producers include Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Tovino Thomas, Dolwin Kuriakose, and Tingston Thomas.
