Toy Story 5 leads new summer film lineup in Greek cinemas

The animated sequel "Toy Story 5" continues its run at the Rex cinema in Agios Nikolaos, with showings from June 25 to July 1 and tickets priced at €5. Directed by Oscar‑winner Andrew Stanton, the film follows Woody, Buzz and the gang as they contend with a new tablet that challenges their playtime.

Alongside the Pixar release, Greek theatres this week are presenting a varied slate that includes the Spanish‑language drama "Romeria", the French‑British war drama "72 Hours Deadline", the superhero adventure "Supergirl" and the local comedy "The Great Massacre of the 2nd CAPA Alimos". The schedule aims to attract families, teens and cinema enthusiasts throughout the summer season.

The listings highlight the continued demand for both blockbuster franchises and niche European productions in Greece's cinema market.
