Toyo Tire-supported teams win three classes at Rally Hokkaido

Teams supported by Toyo Tire Corporation secured victories in three different classes during the Rally Hokkaido XCR Sprint Cup, held from September 4 to 6 in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido, Japan.

In the XC-1 class, TEAM JAOS with LEXUS, driven by Tomonori Noto and co-driver Kazuhiro Tanaka, won using a Lexus GX550h equipped with OPEN COUNTRY R/T TRAIL tires. The team successfully navigated difficult, slippery conditions caused by heavy rain the previous day.

Other victories included the XC-2S class won by TCP MAGIC with TOYO TIRES using a Mazda CX-60, and the XC-3 class won by High Bridge First with TOYO TIRES using a Suzuki Jimny Sierra. The rally featured a 630km course through mountainous forest roads, testing the durability and off-road performance of the participating vehicles and tires.
